*I just purchased this book (4/2017) After doing a quick read, for me, it has the best overall information on all aspects of this way of eating. Many of the movies and books do a remarkable job of digging deep in how our bodies work and identify what has gone wrong and how to fix the problem. This book has a nice balance of technical information and the pitfalls that can get some people hung up. I have been waiting for a book that fills the needs of the general population and for people who would just like to explore what this way of eating might offer..it a hit for me.
